Yesterday Sunday "Mother's Day" in the morning I passed Beltway around heading north, of course for the bull looked away was the Plaza de Acho, where I saw a huge colorful poster on the columns of the old arena rimense, which was announced "5 bulls breed ". Acho enimiento to prevent further mishandling, but I wonder: you really will need a GREAT ENJOYMENT investment work? not well maintained it would be better sustained during supervised by external control bodies. Could it be that the former administering entity Acho (Mimdes, INABIF) did not put the attention needed to care for the Plaza de Acho by any particular interest? Now What Do the recent manager (City of Lima) has no knowledge of and interest enough to take care? Why bring it into use value of their assets, would not allow further discrediting the property, as doomed to a severe devaluation in your rent.
About Acho is a Damocles sword on behalf of INDECI (Civil Defence) in which there are observations following comments to the Plaza de Acho, and that the qualified hazardous, again I ask: Who or which authorized two shows in March for the completion of Ayacucho and Huancavelica Carnival with more than twelve thousand people to sew?, who or who have authorized the pachanga today? Is announcing another supposedly capea for July and a run in August? How NOT to Acho was falling apart and that their networks had collapsed? Bicentennial really need an investment mode usufruct, or perhaps there is a misunderstanding, or maybe a vividness.
